Otella Jewellery provides high quality 925 Sterling Silver and other jewellery including watches sourced from various locations across the world.

We supply all our jewellery directly to our customers via courier anywhere in Southern Africa.

All our prices are already inclusive of VAT. However, a delivery fee will be added during the checkout process. Each delivery has a flat fee of R80. All orders above R800 are delivered free of charge.

All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last. All refunds will take between three to ten working days to reflect. Refunds can only be given to the account holder.


It is very important to check the expiry dates on vouchers. Each voucher is valid for 1 purchase session only and only 1 voucher may be redeemed per person, per transaction. No “change” is given on any vouchers and they aren’t transferable for cash.

Otella Jewellery has two different types of vouchers –

Complimentary Vouchers
These are not redeemable on certain products or any special offers. A minimum spend will apply to all complimentary vouchers. This will be indicated on your voucher.

Purchased Vouchers
These vouchers can be redeemed for any product on our site.


How to pay for your order –
When you have added your selection to your basket, you must make a payment before you can finish placing your order. When you’ve gone through the process and are at the payment options page, you should choose a payment method (usually this is by credit card, but you can use one of the alternative payment options provided) by clicking the appropriate payment button.

Payment Methods Include
Credit Card / Debit Card; we accept MasterCard® and Visa®.
Bank Transfers and Instant EFT enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA’s banks. The electronic fund’s transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly.

Once you have completed the payment and received the receipt, your order will be placed as per your request. No need to hassle with sending us the proof of payment.


Jewellery will remain the responsibility and property of Otella Jewellery until signed for on behalf of the recipient upon delivery. Otella Jewellery will accept all responsibility while transporting the jewellery to the recipient.


Jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify for an exchange, all goods must be in their original condition and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted.


Jewellery may be refunded within 7 days of receiving it, directly through Otella Jewellery. To qualify for a refund, all goods must be in their original condition and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted. Items will be accessed before a refund is confirmed.

Jewellery will need to be returned to Otella Jewellery in its original packaging prior to the refund being authorised. Please note that you will also be responsible for any handling fees/costs of return where applicable. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.


If jewellery is defective within 2 months after being received, we will replace or refund it, if it is a material defect, and that the defect did not develop because of abuse, fair wear and tear, or by not following our or the manufacturer’s instructions.
