REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback, so we can work out a refund or exchange.
Jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify for an exchange, all goods must be in their original condition and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted.
Jewellery may be refunded within 7 days of receiving it, directly through Otella Jewellery. To qualify for a refund, all goods must be in their original condition and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted. Items will be accessed before a refund is confirmed. Otella Jewellery reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
Jewellery will need to be returned to Otella Jewellery in its original packaging prior to the refund being authorised. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
If jewellery is defective within 2 months after being received, we will replace or refund it, if it is a material defect, and that the defect did not develop because of abuse, fair wear and tear, or by not following our or the manufacturer’s instructions.
Any supplier warranties apply over and above the terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
