Otella uses Fastway Couriers as our parcel delivery company.

DELIVERY FEES
Each delivery has a flat fee of R80. All orders above R800 are delivered free of charge.

DELIVERY TIMES & INSTRUCTIONS
We deliver on weekdays only. Monday to Friday between 7h00 and 18h00, and anywhere in South Africa. We cannot deliver to a PO Box and require a physical address for all shipments within South Africa. Always ensure that the address you have provided is as complete as possible, and always provide a contact number for the intended recipient.

Purchases are shipped only after payment has been made in full. When your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from the Otella team with your tracking number. Once you have received this email, please allow 1 to 3 working days for shipping. Some remote areas may need an extra day for delivery. To track your parcel, click HERE.

Although we endeavour to ship your purchases within the allocated time frame, there are occasional exceptions. During sale periods and the holidays, we can experience higher-than-normal sales volumes, and as a local business with a small team, it is not always possible to guarantee the above time frame. Please understand that delivery may take a little longer if this occurs.
